Kevin Ng
Kevin Ng
Partner — Finance, Strategy & Corporate Development

Kevin spent nine years at Oaktree Capital, most recently as a Senior Vice President in Strategic Credit, where he was the primary analyst for aerospace, defense, transportation, and business service investments. He led underwriting on roughly $3 billion across the capital structure with zero defaults and a realized loss ratio under 0.1%, including through COVID. His work covered the types of businesses we are now looking to buy. He began his career in restructuring and special situations at Macquarie Capital, and holds a master's in information and data science from UC Berkeley and a business degree from Boston University.

Jesse Adler
Jesse Adler
Partner — Operations, Technology & Business Development

Jesse is an operating executive with a variety of experience in technical fields. He began his career designing and building UAV prototypes for the USAF and leading commercial drone maker DJI. He then managed iPhone factories at Apple where he enabled large-scale production ramp by solving issues related to material supply, quality, assembly and test. Most recently, he served as COO of EdTech company Kindertales, leading operations across all departments and launching the platform into new markets. Jesse is an instrument-rated pilot and holds an aerospace engineering degree from MIT.
